Q: What is Sunset Dance Company?
A: Sunset Dance Company is a professional dance company specializing in Ballet, contemporary, modern, hiphop and ballet folklorico dance. We provide training and performance opportunities for dancers of all levels.
Q: What should I wear to the audition week at Sunset Dance Company?
A: We recommend wearing comfortable, moveable clothing during the audition week. However, for the day of the audition, we ask that all dancers wear all black clothing, NO JEANS!
Q: What types of dance does Sunset Dance Company perform?
A: Sunset Dance Company specializes in contemporary and modern dance, but also incorporates other styles such as ballet folklorico and hip hop into our performances. They travel to dance festival, community and school events!
Q: How experienced are the dancers at Sunset Dance Company?
A: Our dancers range from novice-advanced dancers, with a wealth of training and performance training. We are committed to providing a high-quality performance every time.

Q: Do I need prior dance experience?
A: Sunset Dance Company is proud to help dancers grow so all you need is determination! We highly encourage all of our candidates to register for a dance class at Sunset!.
Q: What do I need for auditions?
A: for auditions you will need to pre-register, and bring your audition packet signed and attached with your latest grades and or recommendation letter!
Q: When does SDC rehearse?
A: The Sunset Dance Company has rehearsals every Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:45pm-7pm. They also have ballet M,W,F at 7:30am-8:30am​
